Rewards

The Rewards tab in Compensation Management allows you to control merit increases, incentives, and benefits for your organization. These rewards include merit increases, incentive plans, sales incentives, and discretionary incentives based on the performance of the company and of individual employees, as well as benefits administration. You may develop multiple performance structures to reflect your organization’s merit increase strategy. There is no limit to the number of performance levels or structures that you can create, though you must enter each plan separately.  You may enter your performance structures manually OR download a template to import a file containing your plans. Users may also share Organization profiles (including rewards lists) with other users on the same account.  

 

Click on the Rewards tab to select any of these options from the drop-down menu:

Sales Incentives

Discretionary Incentives

Benefits Administration
