Total Rewards

The Total Rewards tab in Compensation Management allows you to control salary increases, incentives, and benefits for your organization. These rewards include salary increases, incentive plans, benefits administration, discretionary incentives, and sales incentives. You may develop multiple performance structures to reflect your organization’s salary increase strategy, with rewards based on the performance of the company or individual employees. There is no limit to the number of structures or criteria that you can create for each plan, though you must enter each plan separately.  You may enter your performance structures manually OR download a template to import a file containing your plans. Users may also share Organization profiles (including rewards lists) with other users on the same account.  

 

Click on the Total Rewards tab to select any of these options from the drop-down menu:

Discretionary Incentives

Sales Incentives
