Enhanced subscriptions may include Survey Management, which can be used in conjunction with Profile and Compensation Management. Survey Management provides a tool to compare ERI Assessor Series data with data from various third-party surveys imported by the user.
Three sub-tabs are included in Survey Management:
•ERI Assessor Data
The ERI Assessor Data sub-tab provides ERI Assessor Series salary data and incumbent counts for internal job titles matched to ERI job titles, which can be customized by experience OR level for various percentiles.
The # of Incumbents value comes from the Survey Population (in the Job Report) for the selected job and area. The # of Incumbents value is not available (NA) for the following selections:
•International areas where ERI does not provide # Employees in Position in Survey Population (e.g., Paris, France).
•Jobs with a hybrid job selected as the Matched ERI Job Title.
•Jobs with a user-defined average selected as the area.
Users can export either a Short Report (including Summary Analysis only) OR a Full Report (including Summary Analysis and data from all third-party surveys).
To Select a Matched ERI Job Title
1.Double click on a cell in the Matched ERI Job Title
2.Begin typing a job title OR click the Browse button to open the Browse Jobs module.
To Select Years of Experience or Levels
1.Click the Experience/Levels button.
2.Select a year of experience (1-30) OR level (1-3).
3.Select Default to use the median year of experience for each individual job in the table.
Note: All executive/director-level jobs, as well as the "Controller" job, are reported by Organization Size (Revenue, Assets, Fiscal Year Budget, and # of Employees), so will not be affected by the Experience/Levels selection. Jobs below the executive/director-level are reported by Years of Experience or Level. For more information, see Job Report Background - Organization Data and Definition of Levels.
Note: Any modifications to Years of Experience or Level made in the ERI Assessor Data sub-tab will applied in the Survey Summary Analysis sub-tab.

2.Select either Short Report (including Summary Analysis only) OR Full Report (including Summary Analysis and data from all third-party surveys).
