Compensation Management includes a Dashboard that will guide you through the steps of salary planning and help you complete and communicate tasks effectively. Your Dashboard also gives you a visual overview of all the data that you have applied in Compensation Management.
The Dashboard includes these main sections:
•Scheduling Assistant – keep track of all your tasks relative to a target completion date.
•Notifications – get notified when any detail of your salary plan needs attention.
•Manager Audit Tool – allow a compensation management administrator to delegate Employee List review to department managers and allow Employee List data to be shared between the administrator and department managers on the same account.
•Year Over Year – archive and update your current Compensation Management plan for next year.
•Budget – visualize your budget for the selected nation, including total compensation budget, salary increase budget, budget adherence, and more, and view summary data.
To Use the Scheduling Assistant
1.In the Scheduling Assistant field, enter the Target Completion date when you plan to roll out your salary plan to employees. Select Default to use today as the date. This date can be modified later, as needed.
2.Click on a Task to view a Description of the task and the Action required.
3.For each individual task, enter a specific Due Date. Select Default to use today as the date. This date can be modified later, as needed.
4.To hide an individual task, click on a task and select Hide Task.
5.The Status of each task will be marked Past Due, In Progress, or Completed depending on the Due Date entered.
6.Click on Filtered Tasks to filter the display for All Tasks, Past Due, In Progress, Completed, OR Hidden.
7.To complete an individual task, click on a task and select Complete.
To Add Standard Notifications
1.In the Notifications field, click to open the Notifications Settings dialog.
2.Click Add Standard Notification.
3.Select a standard Notification (such as "Current base under pay grade minimum") from the drop-down menu.
4.Select Email if you wish to receive weekly email notifications. Notification emails are sent every Monday at 8:00 AM PT. Leave the Email box unchecked if you do not wish to be emailed.
5.To add more than one standard notification, repeat steps 2-4 above.
6.Click OK to return to the Dashboard.
To Add Custom Notifications
1.In the Notifications field, click to open the Notifications Settings dialog.
2.Click Add Custom Notification.
3.Select a Notification category (such as "Compa ratio compared to value") from the drop-down menu.
4.Select an Operator (such as "is greater than") from the drop-down menu.
5.Enter a Value (such as "1.0").
6.Select Email if you wish to receive weekly email notifications. Notification emails are sent every Monday at 8:00 AM PT. Leave the Email box unchecked if you do not wish to be emailed.
7.To add more than one custom notification, repeat steps 2-6 above.
8.Click OK to return to the Dashboard.
Note: Any standard or custom notification that is displayed in the Notifications field on the Dashboard will include a View Report link to the Notifications report in Downloads & Reports. Click the link to see the report and correct the issue.
Note: Any employee that triggers a notification will be marked with in the Employee List.
To Delete Notifications
1.In the Notifications field, click to open the Notifications Settings dialog.
2.Click the button to delete a specific notification.
3.Click the button in the table header for Standard Notifications OR Custom Notifications to delete all notifications.
4.Click OK to return to the Dashboard.

Select a Nation in the Budget drop-down list.
To Customize Organization Data
