Adjustments

The Adjustments feature allows the user to modify the Education level, apply a Skills premium, add Certifications, and/or add Shift Work for the selected job.  Users can stack up to three certifications and three skills per job.

 

Adjustments is one of four tabs in the Survey Description window in Job Report, Benchmark List, and Geographic List. Adjustments is also part of the Organization Data panel in Job Report and Geographic List. An Adjustments column is found in the Benchmark List table, the Jobs table of Advanced Reports, and the Employee List in Compensation Management.

Note: Enhanced subscriptions that include the My Organizations feature allow users to match their internal job titles to ERI job titles in saved internal job lists. Internal jobs can be customized with Adjustments for Education, Skills, Certification, and Shift Work.  Modifications to Internal Jobs must be made in My Organizations.
