Manage Columns

The Manage Column Views modal allows you to customize column views in the Employee List and Manager Audit Tool in Compensation Management. Users may select one of several predefined column views OR select columns to create a user-defined column view.  Users can also select one or more columns in the Freeze Columns drop-down list to be visible at all times when scrolling.

Note: The Employee List template used to import data is dynamic based on the columns selected in Manage Columns. All required columns will be included whether selected or not, but optional columns will only be included in the template if they are currently selected in Manage Columns.  For more information on uploading data to the Employee List, see To Import an Employee List.
