Unless deleted, the new Hybrid Job name will appear in the Executive Compensation Assessor's job title list after it is defined and can be selected for use in future analyses.  The Hybrid Job may be used like any other job in the Individual Profile, Benchmark List, and Advanced Reports tables, except that a hybrid job cannot be nested inside of another hybrid job.  Among other things, you may narrow the analysis of a hybrid job according to a specific geographic area, industry, organization size (e.g., revenue or # of employees), and/or planning date using the Organization Data field.

Note: Variance statistics and job descriptions are not available for hybrid jobs. The job description for a hybrid job will display the jobs included and their weighting.
