To assist with planning or auditing pay for multiple jobs at one location, the multiple job Benchmark List table enables you to enter and view up to 500 jobs' mean salaries for one location at a time. This allows you to view a list of benchmark or key jobs with ERI calculated salaries and compare your current pay practice to local market pricing calculations.
The Survey Mean/Median is adjusted by time, organization size, industry (eSIC code) and geographic location, providing a "best estimate" of what a true market value might be. See Salary Adjustments to modify any of the influencing factors.
To select a position from the database, double-click in a cell in this column OR start typing the position title to get to the Search Jobs dialog box.

Actual Salary divided by the Annual Salary for comparison, competitive analysis and adjustment purposes.
These analyses allow the quick review of an organization or division's competitive pay position within the marketplace. This is also called "market pricing" or, in Canada, a "target range of market prices."
Please note: A position may either be organization size-sensitive (revenue, assets, fiscal year budget, or # of employees) or experience-sensitive (years of experience), depending on the industry. For those positions that are experience sensitive, ERI has added the ability to analyze salaries by a second variable, revenue, due to an increase in the volume of data collected.
