To Export to an Excel Spreadsheet

1.Click the button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

2.For Advanced Reports, select one of the Excel export formats described below and click OK:

Long Format (available for reports with fewer than 40,000 title/area combinations). This option allows more data to be displayed vertically and increases the chance for data to be truncated due to an excessive amount of rows.

Wide Format (available for reports with fewer than 250,000 title/area combinations). This option allows more data to be displayed horizontally and reduces the chance for data to be truncated due to an excessive amount of rows.

Very Wide Format (available for reports of all sizes). This option places each job/area on a single line, which maximizes the number of jobs and areas that can be exported.

3.Either Open or Save the file download.

4.Click the OK button.

Note:  For extremely large Advanced Reports exports, if the number of rows to be exported exceeds the Excel limit, then some of the export format options may be unavailable.
