The Compensation Comparables table displays user-selected compensation elements, financial metrics, and additional descriptive statistics for a list of executives customized by the user. Source data (proxies) are also available for executives listed in the table.
The Comparables and Peer Analysis tabs include all data found in the Valuations tab, plus additional features. The Executive Compensation Assessor will only display one of the three tabs (Valuations OR Comparables OR Peer Analysis), depending on the edition used by the subscriber. Please contact ERI for more information about the various editions available in the Executive Compensation Assessor.
Note: Comparables data are only available for areas in the United States and Canada. User-defined averages are not allowed in the Comparables tab.

To View the Proxy for a Comparable Company
1.Click the 
button in the Proxy column for a selected company.
2.In the SEC Filing dialog, select a Filing Year.
3.Follow the Click to Open Proxy link to view the proxy hosted at www.sec.gov.
To Load the Information Circular (Canada) for a Comparable Company
1.Click on the button in the Circular column for a selected company.
2.In the Download Source Document dialog, click on a Filing Year to save the selected form.
