The Salary Planning tab includes an interactive chart below the main table that can be customized by the user according to filter type, summary type, and chart type. Users can also export a Salary Planning Summary that includes multiple charts in one graphic report.
To Customize Salary Planning Charts
1.Enter data in the Salary Planning table. A minimum of ERI Job Title and Present Salary is needed to display interactive charts. A variety of charts are available when more data is entered in the table.
2.Under Filter Type, select from these options:
•Job
•Grade
•Department
•Location
3.Under Summary Type, select from these options:
•Total Cost
•Mean Salary
•Market Index
•Compa Ratio
4.Under Chart Type, select from these options:
•Bar
•Tree Map
Note: The interactive Salary Planning Charts and Salary Planning Summary are not available when the Salary Planning table contains more than 500 rows of data.
