QUESTION: Can I see a comparison of the individual prices of the goods and services that you collect in each expenditure category (e.g., Consumables, Transportation, Health Services, etc.)?
ERI collects, aggregates, and analyzes large amounts of raw for every update, released twice each quarter, from hundreds of sources for the over 9,000 locations we model. Once our modeling process begins for each data release (updated twice per quarter), we do not store raw data in a format that is useful to subscribers. The ERI research staff are, however, available to verify figures in the expenditure categories that result from changes in the raw data, data sources, or methodologies.
