To Display Interactive Charts in the Salary Planning Table
1.Enter data in the Salary Planning table. A minimum of Position Title and Present Salary is needed to display interactive charts. A variety of charts are available when more data is entered in the table.
2.Click Show Charts
3.Under Filter Type, select from these options:
•Job
•Grade
•Department
•Location
4.Under Summary Type, select from these options:
•Total Cost
•Mean Salary
•Market Index
•Compa Ratio
5.Under Chart Type, select from these options:
•Bar
•Tree Map
•Area Map
6.To hide the charts, click Hide Charts.
Note: Interactive charts are not available when the Salary Planning table contains more than 500 lines of data (Show Charts or Hide Charts button will be inactive).
