New graphic reports may be generated in the Salary Planning tab by clicking the 
button in the upper-right corner of the screen. These reports allow users to examine Compa Ratio, Total Cost, Market Index, and Mean Salaries by Job, Department, Pay Grade, and Location. Various options for sorting the data are available by clicking the Sort By... buttons

Click the Convert This Page To PDF button.
