QUESTION:  When determining organization size, what does the term "Assets" refer to for the Financial industry, specifically eSIC codes 6020-6372 and 6700-6730?

 

For this industry, "Assets" refers to Assets Under Management (AUM).  Owned assets, items such as office furniture and computers, are not predictive of compensation and can be disregarded for the Assets field.
