Survey Estimate Details

In the Salary Planning table, double-click a cell in the Details column to open the Survey Estimate Details window.  Use this screen to customize the value displayed in the Survey Estimate column for a particular employee or a group of similar jobs.  

 

To Customize the Survey Estimate

1.Select either the mean, median, or a specific percentile.  

2.Depending on the Job Title and Industry selected, enter the organization size (Revenue, Assets, Fiscal Year Budget, or # of Employees), Years of Experience, or Level on which to base the Survey Estimate.
