To Export a Table to an Excel Spreadsheet
1.Click the button in the upper-right corner of the page.
2.Either Open or Save the file download.
3.Click OK.
Note: A maximum of 10 salary levels can be exported to PDF from the Comparison List - COL or the Comparison List - Labor table. To export a table with more than 10 salary levels, export to Excel.
To Export Minimum Wage Rates by State
1.Click the button in the upper-right corner of the Minimum Wage page.
2.Add your selected areas to the Included areas list using these tools:
•To move all of the areas listed under Available areas to the Included areas list, use the button.
•To move highlighted areas listed under Available areas to the Included areas list, use the button.
•To remove all of the areas listed under Included areas, use the button.
•To remove highlighted areas listed under Included areas, use the button.
3.Click OK.
4.Either Open or Save the file download.
5.Click OK.
The Export Recent Changes button will export the latest updates made to the Minimum Wage database in the week prior to the current date. This is particularly useful for users that have exported the entire database previously and only want to track the changes since that export, rather than re-exporting the full database.
Note: To export minimum wages rates for a specific date (e.g., October 1, 2020), export the entire database and sort the spreadsheet by the effective date (this export option may not be available in all versions of the Geographic Assessor).
To Export Recent Minimum Wage Changes
1.Click the Export Recent Updates button in the upper-left corner of the Minimum Wage page.
2.Either Open or Save the file download.
3.Click OK.
