To Export Any of the Main Tables and Graphs to a PDF
1.Click the button in the upper-right corner of the screen. (Note: The main table must be populated to view the button.)
2.In the Personalize Settings screen, if you want your PDF to include organization specific information (i.e., information about your company or client), complete those items to be printed as a footer at the bottom of each page of your report.
3.To save the personalized settings for future use, click the Save button and input a unique name for the new personalized print settings.
4.To select previously saved personalized settings, click on the down arrow next to -- Select Saved Profile -- and select one of the lists displayed.
5.To delete previously saved personalized settings, click on the down arrow next to -- Select Saved Profile -- and select one of the lists displayed. Then click on the Delete button to delete this item.
6.If you would like to include ERI's contact information as a footer at the bottom of each page of your report, click the Default button. Please note, you cannot include both ERI's contact information and your own organization specific information (only one is allowed).
7.Click the OK button.
In the Personalize Settings dialog, the Save button always creates a new profile (it does not update an existing profile). The OK button updates the currently selected profile settings.
Note: A maximum of 10 salary levels can be exported to PDF from the Comparison List - COL or the Comparison List - Labor table. To export a table with more than 10 salary levels, export to Excel.
