Personalize Settings

When exporting a PDF, the user may have the option to personalize the PDF report, depending on the report.

 

To Personalize the PDF

1.When exporting a PDF, the user can personalize the PDF report with these options:

2.Enter information specific to the organization (i.e., information about your company or client) to include in the report.  Any inputted organization information, such as name, job title, company, address, or contact information, will be printed as a footer at the bottom of each page of the PDF.  

3.To save a footer, click the button and input a unique name for the personalized footer.

4.To select a saved footer, select one of the saved footers displayed in the drop-down list.

5.To delete a saved footer, select one of the saved footers displayed in the drop-down list and then click the button.

6.If you would like to include ERI's contact information as a footer at the bottom of each page of your report, click the button. Please note: You cannot include both ERI's contact information and your own organization's specific information (only one is allowed).

7.If exporting a PDF from the Individual Profile table, select any or all of these elements to include in the report:

Base Salaries

Incentives

Total Cash

8.Click the OK button to download the personalized PDF.
