List Management

The List Management tab in My Organizations allows users to export to Excel (in .CSV format) OR delete Benchmark Job Lists, Geographic Area Lists, Hybrid Jobs, User-Defined Averages, Internal Jobs, and/or Internal Areas saved under the selected organization.  The App Code (the Assessor application using the list), Row Count (number of jobs or areas in the list), List Creator, and Last Update Date will be displayed for each list.

 

To Access List Management

1.Navigate to My Organizations.

2.Select Benchmark Job Lists, Geographic Area Lists, Hybrid Jobs, User-Defined Averages, Internal Jobs, OR Internal Areas from the List Management drop-down list.

 

Note: List Management is only available in enhanced subscriptions. Please contact ERI for more information about the various editions available in the Assessor Series.

 

To Export a List

1.Select Benchmark Job Lists, Geographic Area Lists, Hybrid Jobs, User-Defined Averages, Internal Jobs, OR Internal Areas from the List Management drop-down list.

2.Click Export CSV in the row of an individual list.

 

To Delete an Individual List

1.Select Benchmark Job Lists, Geographic Area Lists, Hybrid Jobs, User-Defined Averages, Internal Jobs, OR Internal Areas from the List Management drop-down list.

2.Click the button for a specific row.

 

To Delete All Lists

1.Select Benchmark Job Lists, Geographic Area Lists, Hybrid Jobs, User-Defined Averages, Internal Jobs, OR Internal Areas from the List Management drop-down list.

2.Click the button in the table header.
