QUESTION:  Why don't the dots on the Survey & Proxy Analyses graph correspond to the graph lines?

 

The lines on any Salary Graph are representative of ERI's base salaries, fully displayed on the Individual Profile table, for the selected job.  These base salaries are derived from both proxy statements and available survey information.  Therefore, the proxy data points provided for easy access to proxy data for a particular data point represent only part of the data used to determine salaries.
