To View Variance Statistics for a Position
1.Select one of the Main Tables.
2.Select the desired position and geographic region in the table. (See Search Jobs and Select Area).
3.Click the 
button in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
4.Click OK to return to the Main Table.
Please note, variance statistics are not available for hybrid jobs.
