QUESTION:  Do salaries reported in the Salary Assessor include bonuses or incentive pay or other compensation?

 

Base pay, incentive pay, and total cash may be analyzed individually in the Job Report, Benchmark List, Geographic List, Advanced Reports, and Compensation Management. Base pay and incentive pay may be analyzed individually in Survey Management depending on the columns selected.
