The Salary Assessor profiles the base salary, total cash, and incentive data of a specific job. Users can customize the compensation type in Job Report, Benchmark List, Geographic List, Advanced Reports, and Workforce Insights (Job Insights or Employee Insights) in the Employee List in Compensation Management.

 

To Change the Compensation Type

Click on the drop-down menu below Compensation Type and select one of these options:

•Base Salaries (the default)

•Incentive

•Total Cash.
