The Salary Assessor profiles the base salary, total cash, and incentive data of a specific job. Users can customize the compensation type in Job Report, Benchmark List, Geographic List, or Advanced Reports.

 

To Change the Compensation Type

Click on the drop-down menu below Compensation Type and select one of these options:

•Base Salaries (the default)

•Incentive

•Total Cash.
