In the the Two City Comparison table, click on Own or Rent in the Housing field of the Options panel.  

 

If you choose Own for this field (US and Canada only), please note that home mortgage interest payments are tax deductible in the US only.  See US Mortgage Interest Deduction - Two Kinds of Debt.  

 

If you select the Own option, you may view and/or modify Housing Assumptions.  All other countries model apartment rental only.
