QUESTION: How can you quickly create a comparison list of the U.S. states without adding them individually?
Follow the steps below to easily create a list of U.S. states:
1.From Cost of Labor List or Cost of Living List or Estimated Per Diems: Click the

button to open the Browse Areas dialog.
2.Select Browse by Region.
3.Click on the Select Nation field and select "United States" from the drop-down list. All U.S. state averages (along with U.S. territory averages, the District of Columbia average, and two U.S. large city averages), will be listed under Available Areas.
4.To move all of the areas listed under Available Areas to the Included Areas list, click the
button.
5.To remove any areas from the Included Areas list, highlight an area under Included Areas and click the
button.
6.When you are finished adding states in the Browse Areas dialog, click OK to display these areas in the Cost of Labor List, Cost of Living List, or Estimated Per Diems table.
