To View Variance Statistics for a Position
1.From the Individual Profile or Benchmark List table, select the desired position and geographic region in the table. (See Search Jobs and Select Area).
2.Click the 
button in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
3.Click OK to return to the Main Table.
Note: Variance statistics are not available for hybrid jobs, user-defined averages, or areas outside the US, UK, and Canada.
