AI FLSA Status

Use AI FLSA Status to generate an AI-recommended FLSA Status in the Edit Job modal on the Jobs tab in My Organizations.

 

To Use AI FLSA Status

1.In My Organizations, create a new organization OR select a saved organization.

2.Navigate to the Jobs tab.

3.To create a new Internal Job Title, click Add New Job and enter the Internal Job Title (required) in the Add New Internal Job Title dialog. Click OK to open the Edit Job dialog.

4.To edit an Internal Job Title, click Edit next to the selected job title to open the Edit Job dialog.

5.In the My Jobs tab of the Edit Job dialog, populate the Job Summary and/or Duties and Responsibilities fields using one of these methods:

Type descriptions in the Job Summary and/or Duties and Responsibilities fields.

If you have already selected a matching ERI Job Title in the Job Matches tab, then click Import ERI job description to populate the Job Summary with the ERI job description for the Matched ERI Job and then type a description in the Duties and Responsibilities field.

Click Generate AI job description to review the AI-generated Job Description and Duties and Responsibilities. Click OK to populate the Job Summary and Duties and Responsibilities fields with these descriptions.  This will overwrite any existing descriptions in the Job Summary and Duties and Responsibilities fields.

6.Click AI FLSA Status to generate an AI-recommended FLSA Status based on the tasks in Job Summary and Duties and Responsibilities.

7.Review the Recommended FLSA Status and Explanation.

8.Click Apply FLSA Status to accept the Recommended FLSA Status and return to the Edit Job dialog.

 

Note: To use the AI FLSA Status tool, either the Job Summary OR Duties and Responsibilities field must be populated.
