Account Administration

Account Administration gives a single user account-level administration functionality over other users within the account. The Account Administrator can manage download functionality and the database date for other users in the account, as well as delegate the Manager Audit Coordinator, who oversees the Manager Audit functionality in the Salary Assessor's Compensation Management. Only the Account Administrator can access Account Administration and manage settings for the account.

To Access Account Administration

1.Click on the User Name Menu in the upper-right corner of any page in the Assessor Series.

2.Select Account Administration.

To Set Up the Account Administrator

1.Contact ERI.

2.Provide your account number and the user name of the selected Account Administrator.

To Manage Downloads

1.In the Account Features drop-down menu, select Exports.

2.Select Enable OR Disable for each individual user OR select Enable All OR Disable All.

3.Click OK to save your settings.

Note: Disabling exports will prevent users from downloading reports in the Salary Assessor's Compensation Management and Survey Management. When enabled, users will be able to download these reports.

To Manage Database Date Locks

1.In the Account Features drop-down menu, select Database Lock.

2.Select Lock OR Unlock for each individual user OR select Lock All OR Unlock All.

3.Click OK to save your settings.

Note: Locking the database date pairs the users’ database to that of the Account Administrator. When the Account Administrator updates their own “Data as of” date, this automatically updates the “Data as of” date for those users (see Update Available). When unlocked, those users can control their own database dates.

To Delegate the Manager Audit Coordinator

1.Select a user from the drop-down menu under Manager Audit Coordinator.

2.If a Manager Audit Coordinator was selected previously, changing the Manager Audit Coordinator will remove any existing assignments from the current Manager Audit Coordinator’s account. All work completed in the Manager Audit Coordinator’s assignments will be lost. Click Yes to confirm the change.

3.Click OK to save your settings.

Note: The Manager Audit Coordinator oversees the Manager Audit process in Compensation Management, including assigning Departments and Employee Lists for review to managers, which allows Employee List data to be shared between the Manager Audit Coordinator and department managers on the same account. The Manager Audit Coordinator is also responsible for reviewing the managers' audit assignments after submission.
