In the Salary Planning table, double-click a cell in the Planned Action, New Salary or Percent Increase column to open the Planned Action window. Use this dialog to customize the value displayed in these columns for a particular employee or a group of similar jobs.
To Customize the Planned Action
1.Select either Percentage Increase, New Total Salary, or Planned Increase.
2.Depending on the selection in 1, enter the Percentage Increase Amount, New Total Salary Amount, or Planned Increase Amount.
3.Depending on the Position Title for the employee, check the box next to "Apply changes to jobs analyzed by Revenue?" or "Apply changes to jobs analyzed by Years of Experience?" to make large scale changes to similar jobs (e.g., all executive level jobs measured by revenue size or all lower-level jobs measured by years of experience).
4.Check the box next to "Recalculate and update Present Salary?" to display the recalculated Present Salary in the Salary Planning table.
