Mental Demands

Mental Demands refers to level of education/proficiency in different areas. There are three categories of education: reasoning, mathematics and language.  Each category has six levels of attainment: "6" being the highest and "1" being the lowest.  GED is the minimum education level required of a worker for satisfactory job performance.
