QUESTION: What kind of onboarding or training does ERI offer?

 

Onboarding and training is included with all subscriptions. Onboarding includes HRIS integration and a walkthrough to get your jobs and employees into our system.  We offering continuing one-on-one onboarding, as well as a large amount of online resources for asynchronous continued learning.
