Users can now update their Employee List in Compensation Management by syncing employee data pulled from an HRIS provider. ERI currently supports pulling employee data from the following HRIS platforms: ADP,UKG, Paylocity, Paycom, and isolved. See Authentication and To Pull Data from Your HRIS Provider below.

To Pull Data from Your HRIS Provider
1.Navigate to the Employee List in Compensation Management.
2.Click Update List to open the Update Currently Selected List dialog.
3.Under Unique Identifier, select either Employee ID OR Employee Name. Each row must have a unique identifier to ensure data are mapped accurately.
4.Click Update from HRIS.
5.In the Update from HRIS dialog, select your HRIS provider from the Source drop-down list.
6.Select Overwrite Existing Employees to allow updates from HRIS to overwrite values in existing employee records.
7.Click Link to Employee ID(s) to provide a list of company ID(s) associated with the selected organization profile (if applicable).
8.Select Update Weekly to run an automated weekly sync to the selected Employee List from your HRIS provider.
9.To set up a data pull from another HRIS provider not displayed in the Source drop-down list, click Use Other HRIS Provider and then Contact Us.
10.Click Pull from HRIS. This process will attempt to map your employee data using the Unique Identifier previously selected in the Update Currently Selected List dialog.
11.In the Upload Information dialog, a message will display the success of your data pull.
12.Click Next.
13.The Upload Information dialog will display the rows that will be updated, including any employees with error status that will not be updated in the Employee List. Click on an individual employee row to see details in the Changes field, including original values and updated values.
14.Click Next.
15.The next part of the Upload Information dialog will display the new employees to add and/or the old employees to delete. Review the changes and select individual rows of data OR all rows of data to update.
16.Click OK to update the list.
Note: All distinct job titles from your employee data must be added as internal job titles within My Organizations.
