The following list includes sources of some of the industry classification codes used in the Assessor Series:

•North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes are at the US Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics and the US Census Bureau

•Securities & Exchange Commission’s Standard Industry Classification (secSIC) codes are at the US Securities & Exchange Commission

•Nonprofit National Taxonomy of Exempt Entities (NTEE) codes are at the US Internal Revenue Service, GuideStar, and the Urban Institute's National Center for Charitable Statistics.
