QUESTION:  Why can't I find a certain position?

 

The positions listed in any Assessor Series application are those requested by ERI's clients and those for which sufficient data exist for ERI to make its findings.  As a suggestion, if a position title you are looking for is not on the list, look for other possible titles for a matching position description (i.e., Recruiting Manager is not on the list, but the position description of Employment Manager may match the duties performed by your Recruiting Manager).  The position description should be the deciding factor in doing your analysis, as opposed to an exact position title match.

 

If there are any positions which you administer, but are not currently reported by the Assessor Series databases, please contact ERI to request research to determine if the position(s) can be included in future quarterly updates.
