Enter the estimated combined value for all automobiles (resale, owned or leased), excluding those provided at company expense, in the Total Value field in the Options panel. The Total Value field assumes that the vehicle(s) are fully owned (no loan payments are included).
Please note: To return to the default value for a particular field, click the 
button in the modified field. To return to the default values for all fields, click the 
button at the top of the Options panel.
If values of zero (0) are entered into the Number Owned, Miles/Year, and Total Value fields, then the Transportation field still contains an estimated expenditure value since use of public transportation, taxis, and airplane travel is assumed.
If all transportation costs will be paid by the company, then a value of zero (0) can be entered into the Transportation field. The Geographic Assessor is designed to recalculate cost-of-living differentials using a custom user input in the Transportation field.
